NARRATION example
The senior
high school student of Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School
(SEPNAS) batch 2010 are planned to have their reunion for the next month. In which
they set the time at exactly 8 o’clock in the morning at the school near the amphitheater.
They decided that everyone will give any contribution as a part of their budget
for food. As the reunion finally happens, they’re all glad that they eagerly
see each other again; they gave hugs and kisses as a sign of their excitement. They
talked a lot about themselves, in their studies, love life, and if they find a
good job that is compatible with their course. They sang a song with a loud
sound of “videoke”. They played bottle games, took a picture taking, and after
that, they ate their spaghetti with chicken leg, salad and more. But before they
ended their day, everyone is required to give an inspirational or just simple message
one by one, so that they would kept it all as a remembrance to each other.

Since when I was
a child my dream is to own a big company, manage my own business specifically a
computer industry. Particularly for having the name as “My World – Introducing Computer
& Technology” so that I can employ all of my relatives and also to unemployed
people. This company is more on latest gadgets, networking and integrated
communications. This is the tallest and biggest computer & technology
company, having two-hundred floors; a maximum capacity of 50,000 people can accommodate
the building.
The building has
a room with specialized air-conditioned for the guest and employees and also to
the disabled person. It has wide cafeteria with many assorted foods, quality
wine and beverages. It also has a wide and fresh air from the outside of the
building for the recreational area. And it has a nice pool at the roof top. www.facebook.com/FranzCuteEver
ANALOGY example
Comparing me
as a bamboo tree is a possible situation for which a bamboo making itself
stronger as it blows by the strong wind, passing by the terror storm and cannot
be easily defeated by anyone surrounds it. And I, handling all the possibilities
may happen, surrounding many difficulties I will not intend to give up, but by
standing with my own ability, and should be thinking that I can surpass
everything. I deal with suffers only hoped to achieve success in life.
As when I grow
up I would like to remain my traits just to remember my past that these are a
great help in pursuing my dreams.
CAUSE AND EFFECT example
Trees
are the most abundant thing that we have today. These are the very common
element of the nature. For which it will gives you a shield against sun
exposure. These are also capable for the home use, such as firewood for
cooking, making furniture, creative decorations and designs. It is also gives us
foods in our everyday life.
We
can’t deny that these trees help us to survive. But in these modern years,
trees maybe in less visible in everyone’s sight due to illegal logging,
deforestation, kaingin, building more infrastructures’, and industries.
And
because of the worst plan of some greedy people, different calamities inside
and outside of our country, were happens. And when it rains, it often brings
flood to the houses, landslides
and soil erosion will follow.
And
I believe that planting trees and caring Mother Nature’s will prevent these
calamities. I believe that people change because they experience having
suffered during the calamity happened.
ENUMERATION example
The STI 16th
National Youth Convention was held last second day of December, 2010 at Camp
John Hay, Baguio City. For which they gave a chance to every students of STI to
be familiar and to determine how great our school is. And to love our very own
alma mater that we should be proud of.
These seven
factors will help us to become a successful Citizen STI.
COMPARISON AND CONTRAST example
The comparison and contrast in our activity in the subject
of NSTP, the community environmental cleanliness and the computer tutorial. These
two conducted activity have influenced us as to be a better leader in our
society. The activities like these, helps build our self-confidence outside the
school, as an outdoor activity we gave our full effort so that our school
should be proud of what we just made.
In contrast, the computer tutorial is more enjoyable than
community service, making believe that these students will draw their bright
future soon. In community service, there’s a possibility that we get in danger,
for such cleaning the remote area, in which we intend that maybe, there’s a way
to get risk than assessing the students to have a better communication.

Askals Aiming to Success!
“To win the first leg is important in qualifying,” Philippines’ German coach Michael Weiss toldFIFA.com. “After three weeks’ training the team are in good form and are looking forward to the match. Mongolia have been inactive for the past couple of years and they come from cold weather, so we will try to catch them out by pushing forward and trying to score goals early on.”
The well-travelled 45-year-old coach, whose experiences include assisting Eckhard Krautzen with the China U-20 side from 2004 to 2006, and more recently nurturing the Rwanda U-17 team, has warned his players about complacency against a side that are 30 places lower than them in the FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking. “In international competition we can’t underestimate any team,” stated Weiss. “Most think Mongolia are underdogs but we must respect the opponents and focus our attention on the game.”
Suzuki Cup boost One of Asia’s footballing pioneers, Philippines were among the continent’s undisputed elite during the first three decades of the last century, winning football gold in the inaugural Far East Games in 1913. Their glorious era, however, came to an end in the 1930’s and they have made little impression on the international stage since. In many parts of the country, basketball, perhaps due to USA’s historical influence across the Philippine archipelago, has become the dominant sport during recent decades.
However the Azkals, as the national team is affectionately nicknamed by its fans, did gain some lost ground via their showing at the Suzuki Cup, where they drew against three-time winners Singapore 1-1 in the opener before stunning holders Vietnam 2-0. A goalless draw with Myanmar sent them into the semi-finals, where they were defeated by regional power Indonesia after narrowly losing over two legs in Jakarta.
“A good result against Mongolia will help attract further attention and support from our fans," said Weiss. "I hope the team’s performance on the pitch will encourage the youngsters to return to the stadium away from basketball and pop stars."
While an opening triumph should be within their grasp, the German tactician remains wary of the challenge the Mongolians can pose in the away game. “It is expected that they will battle hard on home soil but we also have to prepare the team for the cold weather there. We will arrive there one week early to help acclimatise to the local environment.”
Should the Philippines advance to the qualifying group phase, where they will slot into Group A alongside Myanmar, Palestine and Bangladesh, Weiss predicts that his side will be hitting top form as the seek just their second appearance at the AFC Challenge Cup finals. “If we go through we will fly to Myanmar directly for the opening qualifier. The play-off victory will provide a boost for our players so we will strive hard to get the results we deserve.”

MANILA, Philippines — The Mongolian football players who will go up against the Philippines Azkals in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup on Wednesday have arrived in Bacolod.
After touching down in Manila, the Mongolian team went straight to Bacolod City, where they will see action at the Panaad Stadium.
The Mongolians are 182nd in the FIFA world rankings, behind the Philippines (152nd place).
The Azkals were also seen at the Panaad Stadium ahead of the clash.
With the recent arrival of Filipino-Europeans Rob Geir, Rob Jonsson, and Neil Etheridge, the Azkals are seen as a stronger team.
"It's great to be back with the team. I'm in great shape. They all look good as well and we hope to put on a good show for the fans against Mongolia," Etheridge, who turned 21 on Monday, said.
Ilonggo co-captain Chieffy Caligdong said that he is also excited to prove the team's capabilities in his own hometown against their foreign opponents.
"Masarap maglaro sa harap ng mga fans dito. Grabe ngayon ang supporta nila kahit saan kami pumunta," he said.
"Dati football player lang kami na 'di masyado pinapansin. Pero ngayon, iba na talaga," Caligdong added.
After their training session, the Azkals welcomed their fans' requests to have their pictures taken.
The 2 teams will have a press conference on Tuesday. — Report from TJ Manotoc, ABS-CBN News

Is Facebook Will Going to Shut Down?
“Facebook has gotten out of control,” said Zuckerberg in a press conference outside his Palo Alto office, “and the stress of managing this company has ruined my life. I need to put an end to all the madness.”
“After March 15th the whole website shuts down,” said Avrat Humarthi, Vice President of Technical Affairs at Facebook. “So if you ever want to see your pictures again, I recommend you take them off the internet. You won’t be able to get them back once Facebook goes out of business.”
Facebook has become a titan on the internet. While not the money generating giant that Google has become, it does touch more peoples lives than any other single website [based on average time spent.] Thus personal production within the work space has been affected by Facebook and the apps that are attached to it. For example it is reported that there are 18 million people on Farmville and the average person spends 17 minutes per day playing. Hmm personal time or company time?
